This second PEDRI roundtable builds on the first session, bringing together researchers, public contributors, and stakeholders to explore how to strengthen public involvement and engagement (PIE) in Trusted Research Environments (TREs) and Secure Data Environments (SDEs).
At this roundtable, there will be a presentation on how findings from the first roundtable have informed subsequent activity such as a the launch of a feedback survey gathering views on areas of agreement and contention from the roundtable. A presentation will also outline the survey design, scope and evidence gathered to date have been analysed and incorporated into planning for the next stage of the programme including key findings. Participants will discuss emerging priorities and proposed directions for action based on these findings.
