This site is operated by Health Data Research UK (“HDR UK”) as the convenor of the Public Engagement in Data Research Initiative (PEDRI). HDR UK is a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 10887014 and its registered office is at 215 Euston Road, London, England, NW1 2BE.

Access to and use of this site is provided by HDR UK subject to the following:

- If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent to and within the jurisdiction in which that Term and Condition is illegal, invalid and unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.
- If you are a consumer, please note that these Terms and Conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. We both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. If you are a business, these Terms and Conditions, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
