Anna is the Strategic and Operational Lead for PEDRI’s Community Engagement and Knowledge Sharing workstream.
At Health Data Research UK she is Public Engagement and Communications Manager in the Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement team. Her role involves developing the organisation’s approach to public engagement with health data research.
With 10 years of experience in science communication and public engagement, she has previously worked at the British Science Association managing the public programme for the British Science Festival and overseeing grant programmes for under-served audiences in science.
Her work has also involved supporting environmental scientists at the Environment Agency to develop their science communication skills and share their work, as well as managing academic medical research journals at Taylor and Francis.
