Empowering Public Involvement is a case study highlighting the role of public contributors in the data access approvals process within a secure data environment (SDE).

This report was created as part of a cross-Government pilot programme to demonstrate how individuals with complex needs can be better supported by the Government through linking and improving data in a safe, secure and ethical way.
